摘要
为了提高诱导轮离心泵的空化性能和运行稳定性,阐明诱导轮对离心泵空化性能的影响规律,以某型船用凝水泵为研究对象,采用数值模拟手段预测前置诱导轮的空化性能,同时预测多工况下叶轮的空化性能。数值模拟结果表明:在小流量工况和额定工况下,空化性能曲线基本一致;而在大流量工况下,空化特性曲线波动相对比较严重,空化性能较差。
In order to improve the cavitation performance and operation stability of the induction wheel centrifugal pump and clarify the influence rule of the induction wheel on the cavitation performance of the centrifugal pump,a marine condensate pump is taken as the research object,and the cavitation performance of the front induction wheel is predicted by numerical simulation,and the cavitation performance of the impeller is predicted under multiple operating conditions.The numerical results show that the cavitation performance curves are basically the same under the condition of small flow conditions.Under the condition of large flow,the cavitation characteristic curve fluctuation is relatively serious and the cavitation performance is poor.
