摘要
作业母船或海上平台受高海况影响,会发生大幅度升沉运动,严重影响到海上作业的安全性与可靠性,因此,波浪补偿装置已成为海上作业平台不可或缺的装备。文章对采矿船被动式波浪升沉补偿装置的空气系统进行研究,针对影响空气系统的主要参数进行设计计算,同时基于AMEsim软件构建模型并进行仿真分析,以期该设计能够满足采矿船升沉补偿装置的总体指标要求。
Under high sea conditions,the mother ship or offshore platform is heavily affected by sea waves,which seriously affects the safety and reliability of offshore operations.Wave compensation device has become an indispensable equipment for offshore platforms.The air system of passive wave heave compensation device for mining vessel is studied,and the main parameters affecting the air system are designed and calculated.At the same time,the model is constructed based on AMEsim software and simulated analysis is carried out to ensure that the air system meets the requirements of the mining vessel heave compensation device.
