DRGs指标在骨外科医疗服务评价中的应用

目的分析了解综合医院骨外科住院医疗服务现状,为医院加强精细化管理和学科建设提供数据支持。方法收集某三甲医院骨外科5个病区2017年1月1日-2017年12月31日9125例住院病案首页数据以及某平台DRG分组数据,采用综合评价法中综合指数法进行数据处理并评价。结果 DRGs指标与传统指标的综合评价结果存在一定差异,各专科收治病种各有侧重;费用消耗指数为0.85,时间消耗指数为1.25,说明骨外科治疗同类疾病所花费的费用较低,时间较长。结论 DRGs指标能从多维的角度呈现科室医疗服务情况,对于医院管理和学科建设均具有重要意义。

Objectives To analyze and understand the medical service status of orthopaedic surgery in general hospital, and provide data support for the hospital to strengthen the delicacy management and discipline construction. Methods Data of the front pages of 9,125 cases of hospitalized patients from January 1 st, 2017 to December 31 st, 2017, and data of DRG grouping on a certain platform were collected in 5 wards of orthopaedic surgery department of a Three A and Tertiary Hospital. Results There were some differences in the comprehensive evaluation results of DRGs and traditional indicators. The cost consumption index was 0.85 and the time consumption index was 1.25, indicating that the cost of bone surgery to treat similar diseases was lower and the time was longer. Conclusions DRGs could present the medical service of department from a multi-dimensional perspective, which was of great significance to hospital management and discipline construction.
