摘要
目的探索案例式教学法(CBL)在老年医学临床教学中的应用效果。方法将2015年1月1日-2018年1月1日在某院老年心血管内科进行临床轮训的内科学住院医师60例随机分为主题导向教学(SBL)组和CBL教学组,每组30例,3个月轮训结束后进行出科考试以及满意度问卷调查以评价教学成果。结果 CBL教学组的住院医师出科时理论知识考核和实践技能考核成绩明显高于传统的SBL教学组(P=0.048,P=0.035),问诊与病历书写考核两组之间成绩无显著差异(P=0.51);与SBL组相比,CBL组在激发学习兴趣、临床思维培养和临床技能掌握方面的满意度,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),理论知识掌握方面满意度差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论与SBL教学法相比,CBL教学法在老年医学临床教学中更能激发学生的主动学习兴趣,锻炼学生的临床思维能力以及加强师生之间的互动学习,教学效果更佳。
Objective To explore the effects of subject-based learning(SBL) method and case-based learning(CBL) teaching method in geriatric clinical teaching. Methods A total of sixty residents in clinical geriatric cardiology department rotation were randomly divided into two groups: the SBL group(n=30) and the CBL group(n=30). The teaching effect were evaluated by theory knowledge and clinical practice skill tests at the end of three months. Questionnaire survey was also conducted to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of students. Results 1. Compared to SBL teaching group, the scores of both theory knowledge and clinical practice skill in CBL group were significant higher(P〈0.05), but there was no statistical difference in scores of history-taking and history record between the two groups. 2. The questionnaire survey results showed higher degree satisfaction in CBL group(P〈0.05). Conclusions Compared to SBL teaching method, CBL teaching method had better effect in geriatric clinical teaching.
