摘要
目的利用不同电话随访干预模式进行病例对照研究,探讨不同随访模式对健康体检人员就医依从性的影响。方法选取2017年9月1日一2017年11月30日和2017年12月1日一2018年2月28日400例参加健康体检后需要门诊复查的人员。分为试验组和对照组,试验组留取健康体检人员本人的直接联系电话,体检后的异常结果也直接由专门培训的健康管理科护理人员通过电话和健康体检人员本人沟通;对照组按照传统的方式,体检后的异常结果通过有执业医师资格证或健康管理师资质的单位医务室负责人(简称单位负责人)通知健康体检人员本人。结果采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析,计量资料用均数±标准差描述,试验组和对照组组间比较采用两组独立样本t检验。计数资料统计描述用频数和构成比描述,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果试验组健康体检人员的就医完全依从率为69.1%,部分依从率为24.5%;满意度为100.0%;对照组健康体检人员的就医完全依从率为30.0%,部分依从率为22.2%,满意度为95.6%,经对比两组间差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<O.05)。另外可疑恶性肿瘤指标的健康体检人员就医依从性基本达到100%,远远大于其他慢性病指标的健康体检人员。结论电话随访中直接和健康体检人员本人沟通有助于提高团体健康体检人员就医依从性,同时可以提高健康体检人员的满意度。
Objectives To explore the effect of different follow-up modes on medical compliance of medical examiners by using different telephone follow-up intervention modes. Methods A total of 400 patients requiring outpatient review after health examination were selected on September 1,2017, November 30,2017 and December 1st, 2017, and February 28th, 2018. Divided into the experimental group and the control group, the test group kept the direct contact number of the health checker, and the abnormal results after the physical examination were directly communicated by the specially trained health management department nursing staff through the phone to the health checker. In the control group, according to the traditional method, the abnormal results after physical examination should be informed to the health checker by the person in charge of the medical office of the unit with the qualification certificate of medical practitioner or the quality of the health management teacher(the person in charge of the unit). SPSS 19 was used to analyze the results. The measurement data were described by mean +/-standard deviation. The statistical description of count data was described by frequency and constitution ratio, and P0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The total compliance rate was 69.1%, partial compliance rate was 24.5%, satisfaction was 100.0%. In the control group, complete medical compliance rate was 30.0%, partial compliance rate was 22.2%, and satisfaction rate was 95.6%. The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P0.05). In addition, the medical compliance of health checkers with suspicious malignant tumor indicators basically reached 100%, far higher than that of health checkers with other chronic diseases. Conclusions The direct communication with health checkers during telephone follow-up could help improve the medical compliance of group health checkers and improve the satisfaction of health checkers.
