摘要
目的:提高并完善妇宁颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对妇宁颗粒中当归、川芎、黄芩、白术、陈皮、川牛膝、白芍及甘草进行定性鉴别;以HPLC色谱法对方中芍药苷进行含量测定。结果:TLC色谱斑点清晰,分离良好,阴性无干扰;HPLC色谱法测定妇宁颗粒中芍药苷含量,在19. 23~2525. 18 ng线性关系良好(r=0. 999 9),平均加样回收率为101. 88%,RSD为0. 62%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可有效控制妇宁颗粒的产品质量。
Objective: To improve the quality standard of Funing granules. Methods: TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Chuangxiong Rhizoma,Scutellariae radix,Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma,Citri reticulatae pericarpium,Cyathulae radix,Paeoniae radix alba and Glycyrrhizae radix Et rhizoma. The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results: The TLC spots were clear and well-separated without any interference from the negative control. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 19. 23-2525. 18 ng( r = 0. 999 9),the average recovery was 101. 88%,and the RSD was 0. 62%( n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Funing granules.
