cMOOCs学习者的活动参与度、参与模式与学习绩效的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 学习绩效是cMOOCs领域的重要议题,然而其受众多因素的影响,如活动类型和学习参与度等。本研究对36名cMOOCs学习者的活动参与度、参与模式与学习绩效进行了实验研究,旨在探索活动参与度和参与模式如何影响学习绩效,结果发现:(1)活动参与和学习绩效呈明显的正相关,且不同绩效学习者的活动参与度存在显著差异;(2)就具体的活动类型和参与模式而言,创造类活动以及参与程度对学习者的绩效提升具有更为显著的作用;(3)随着学习的进行,活动参与度和学习绩效均呈现递减趋势。因此,学习动机的激发和维持是保持cMOOCs活动参与度的核心,指向深度学习的知识创造类活动是提升cMOOCs学习绩效的关键,而知识网络与人际网络的双联通是cMOOCs学习者获得较高绩效的主要交互模式。 Learning performance is a hot issue in the field of cMOOCs. However, it is affected by many factors, such as activity type and participation in learning. This study conducts an experimental study on the activity participation, participation modes and learning performance of 36 cMOOCs learners to explore how learners' activity participation and participation mode affect their learning performance. The results show that:(1) there is a significant positive correlation between activity participation and learning performance, and there is a significant difference in activity participation among different performance learners.(2) In terms of specific activity type and participation mode, creative activities and the degree of participation play a more significant role in improving learners' performance.(3) As learning progresses, both activity participation and learning performance are declining. Therefore, the stimulation and maintenance of learning motivation is the key to maintain the participation of cMOOCs, knowledge creation activities focusing on deep learning are the key to improve learning performance of cMOOCs, and the connection of knowledge network and social network is the main interactive mode for cMOOCs learners to achieve high performance.
