R535型纺丝机是德国产半连续纺黏胶长丝纺丝机,其刮酸棒使用寿命短、成本较高。介绍了该纺丝机三种刮酸棒改进方案——完善刮酸棒移位标识,增加刮酸棒的转向标识以及刮酸棒部件采用特种耐磨材料,并分别从结构、成本以及使用寿命上与原纺丝机刮酸棒方案进行对比分析。通过改进,在原刮酸棒上增加移位标识及转向标识,可以达到使其使用时间最长、成本最低的目的。
The R535 spinning machine is a German semi continuous viscose filament spinning machine. Itsacid scraping rod has short service life and high cost. Three improvement schemes for the scraping acid rodwere introduced, including improving the marking of the scraping acid rod shift, increasing the steeringmark of the scraping acid rod and using the special wear resistant material for the scraping acid compo-nents. The structure, cost and service life of the improvement schemes were compared with that of the origi-nal spinning machine. Through the improvement, the shift mark and the turn mark can be added to the origi-nal scraping acid rod, which can make it use the longest time and the lowest cost.
