族群来源推断自动分析系统的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过祖先信息位点(AIMs,Ancestry informative markers)推断未知个体祖先来源已成为法医遗传领域的重要研究内容。由于祖先来源推断数据分析方法复杂,分析人员除了掌握Python、R等计算机语言外,还需熟练运用structure、R、Forensic Intelligence v1.0等软件才能完成数据分析。族群来源推断自动分析系统(DNA ancestry analyzer Version 1.0,以下简称DAA v1.0)的研发有效简化了族群推断数据分析和结果解读过程。本研究通过对DAA v1.0系统与传统数据分析方法在新疆兵团案件应用中的准确性和效率进行比较,发现两种分析方法在案件中的4份检材与4份对照样本推断结果的准确性均为100%,但DAA v1.0自动分析系统比传统数据分析方法简单快速,效率是传统方法的8.7倍。 Ancestral inference of unknown individuals based on the ancestry informative markers (AIMs) has been an important research content in the field of forensic genetics. The analysis method of ancestral inference is complicated. In addition to mastering the computer languages such as Python and R, analysts also need to skillfully use STRUCTURE, R, Forensic Intelligence v1l.0 and other softwares to complete the data analysis. The research and development of DNA ancestry analyzer Version 1.0 (hereinafter referred to as DAA v1.0) effectively simplified the process of the analysis of ancestry inference data and the interpretation of results. In this study, we compare the accuracy and efficiency of DAA v1.0 and that of traditional data analysis method in Xinjiang Corps case. The accuracy of the two analysis methods for 4 case samples and 4 positive control samples is 100%. The DAA v1.0 is faster and 8.7 times more efficient than the traditional method.
