隆鼻术致盲、腔隙性脑梗塞医疗纠纷法医学鉴定1例 被引量：1

摘要 1案例 1.1简要案情患者孟某,女,34岁。某年8月1日到某整容医院接受“伊婉”（玻尿酸）注射隆鼻术,术后出现左眼部胀痛、视物模糊,后续检查患者左眼视网膜中央动脉阻塞、左大脑额叶多发软化灶,患方与医院发生医疗纠纷。1.2诊疗记录据整容医院病历记载：主因鼻梁低平接受伊婉1支注射隆鼻治疗。查体：鼻梁低平、鼻根至鼻尖呈弧形。VOD：1.0,VOS：1.0。诊断：鼻梁低（低鼻）。
