摘要
腈纶本身的回潮率极低,容易产生静电。为了解决这个问题,采用分段浸渍法制备石墨烯导电腈纶,探讨了石墨烯导电腈纶的物理性能和导电性能。重点介绍了石墨烯导电腈纶的制备工艺流程,所采用的设备及腈纶的导电性能,并测试分析了石墨烯导电腈纶的摩擦性能、卷曲性能和力学性能。试验结果表明:石墨烯导电腈纶的比电阻由纯腈纶的1011Ω·cm变成106Ω·cm,抗静电效果得到明显改善;同时石墨烯导电腈纶的物理性能能够满足后道纺纱的要求,具有可纺性。
Due to the moisture regain of acrylic fiber is extremely low,it is easy to produce static electricity.To solve this problem,the graphene modified conductive acrylic fiber was prepared by piecewise impregnation method,and the physical property and conductivity of the modified acrylic fiber were investigated.The production process,the equipment,and the conductive of the acrylic fiber were focused on.The friction,crimp and mechanical properties of the modified acrylic fiber were also tested and analyzed.The experimental results show that the specific resistance of graphene modified conductive acrylic fiber is changed from 1011Ω·cm to 106Ω·cm,the antistatic effect has been improved obviously.At the same time,the physical properties of graphene modified acrylic fiber can meet the requirements of spinning process.
