碳纤维用双酚A型聚酯上浆乳液的制备 被引量:2

摘要 以两种双酚A聚氧乙烯醚BPA-02、BPA-06、己二酸、富马酸合成了用聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚-10(OP-10)封端改性的不饱和聚酯乳化剂。用此乳化剂对环氧树脂E51进行乳化,得到了性能稳定的碳纤维上浆乳液。研究了聚合物料配比、反应时间、反应温度对改性不饱和聚酯乳化剂合成的影响,同时考察了己二酸含量对上浆后碳纤维复合材料层间剪切强度的影响,发现用此上浆乳液上浆后的碳纤维复合材料的层间剪切强度达到105 MPa。 BPA-02,BPA-06,adipic acid and fumaric acid were used to synthesize modified unsaturated polyester emulsifier with OP-10 capped.Epoxy resin E51 was emulsified with this emulsifier to obtain a stable carbon fiber sizing emulsion.The effects of the ratio of the polymer material,the reaction time and the reaction temperature on the synthesis of the modified unsaturated polyester emulsifier were studied.The influence of adipic acid content on the interlaminar shear strength of the carbon fiber composite material wasalso investigated.It was found that the interlaminar shear strength of the carbon fiber composite material after sizing with the sizing emulsion reached 105 MPa.
