摘要
汽车共享这一新型的机动化出行模式在欧关等发达国家的城市中得到了越来越多地使用。由于各国的机动化发展水平等的差异,我国需要研究适应国内需求、适合本土商业化运作的汽车共享发展模式。杭州的“车纷享”是国内最早商业化运营的汽车共享品牌。本文以“车纷享”订单数据为基础,根据网点使用和运营收入情况,提出了汽车共享运营网点的经济效益指标,认为汽车共享各网点的使用频率、使用强度和月车均收益的总体分布服从正态分布,并进一步分析了各网点的经济效益特征及其与网点用地性质和地理位置的关系,为汽车共享的本土商业化运营提供发展模式参考。
As a new motorized travel mode, car sharing has been used in more and more cities in European and American developed countries. Due to the difference of motorization, car sharing development model should be studied for China, which can adapt to the domestic demand and suitable for the local commercial operation. CCCLub in Hangzhou is the first commercial car-sharing service provider in China. In this paper, using the order data of CCCLub, measures of economic benefit are proposed for car-sharing stations, according to their usage and revenue. It is found that the general distribution of the use frequency, intensity of use and the monthly income of the car sharing outlets follow normal distributions. Then, the economic benefit of CCCLub stations are evaluated and the relationship between the position, land type of station and its economic benefit are analyzed. This study can be used as a reference for the development of commercial operation of car- sharing in China.
