摘要
本文针对东莞市长安镇的停车问题，为缓解停车供需矛盾，分析停车供需现状，制定停车发展目标，根据停车改善原则，从规划、建设、收费、管理四个方面提出停车改善策略及措施。
The parking problem in Changan Town of Dongguan city is mainly investigated. In order to ease the contradiction between parking supply and demand, the status of parking is analyzed and parking development goals are set. Based on the parking improvement principle, the strategies and measures including planning,construction, charging, and management are proposed.
