摘要
针对暑热条件给带电作业人员带来的人身安全问题,提出了一种用于配电网带电作业的空调服装置。按照带电作业对于空调服装置具备的功能要求,确定了空调服装置的功能模块。对空调服装置的制冷模块、温度采集模块、显示模块,制冷机模块以及电源模块分别进行了研究与设计。考虑与空调服装置硬件的配合,研究设计了空调服装置控制系统的主程序和子程序。在模拟10kV带电作业工况下对研究制作的空调服装置的安全性和舒适性进行了实验,结果表明空调服装置可以用于10kV配电网带电作业。
This article researched and made an air conditioning clothing for transmission-line-working.According to the needs of transmission-line-working to the air conditioning clothing,this article determines the air conditioning clothing functional modules.The modules of air conditioning clothing such as refrigeration module,temperature acquisition module,display module,refrigerating machine module and power module are also studied and designed respectively.Considering cooperation with air conditioning clothing hardware,the design of the air conditioning clothing control system of main program and subroutine.In simulated 10 kV transmission-line-working conditions.This article studied on the safety and comfort of the experiment,the results show that the air conditioning clothing can be used for 10 kV distribution network transmission-line-working.
