用于反应堆仪表现场测试的总线技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 在某反应堆仪表现场测试系统的设计中,因现有测试总线组成的测试系统体积太过庞大,使得设备无法被带入现场完成设备校验工作,影响测试系统效益的发挥。通过对被测对象进行测试需求分析,得出测试系统对测试总线的通信速度要求不高,但对通信可靠性要求极高。为减小反应堆仪表现场测试系统的体积,增强测试系统的通信可靠性,基于以太网和QSPI,提出了一种新型的测试总线系统设计思路,并介绍了新型测试总线系统的基本框架,讲述了通信系统的功能和实现方式。 In the design of an on-site test system for a reactor instrument,the test system consisting of the existing test bus is too bulky,lead to the equipment cannot be brought into the scene to complete the equipment calibration work,which affects the effectiveness of the test system.By analyzing the test requirements of the measured object,it is concluded that the test system does not require high communication speed for the test bus,but it requires high reliability for communication.In order to reduce the volume of the reactor instrumentation field test system and enhance the communication reliability of the test system,based on Ethernet and QSPI,a new design idea of the test bus system was proposed.The basic framework of the new test bus system is introduced,and the implementation and function of the communication system are described.
