计量生产调度效能提升管理系统设计

Design of efficiency improvement management system for measurement of integrated production dispatching

针对计量生产调度平台业务流程与性能影响生产效能的问题,研制了计量生产调度效能提升管理系统。分析了目前计量生产调度平台的管理模式和运行检验状况,通过改造系统业务流程,针对空开等辅助设备进行了标准化、流程化管理,利用异构多数据源处理技术有效集中了电能计量装置关联的设备数据信息,设计了系统性能监测和电能计量装置品级评价功能,实现了业务流程优化管理、辅助设备标准化业务流程拓展管理、系统性能监测管理和电能计量装置设备品级评价管理。运行结果表明,系统可有效对集中检定生产效能提升深化,提高了计量专业整体运营管理能力。

Focusing on the issues of the overall business process and performance influence production efficiency in the measurement of integrated production dispatching system,performance improvement management system of is proposed and designed.The paper analyzes the management mode and operation and inspection of measurement of integrated production dispatching system at present.The management system is supported using reforming the overall business process of the system and using managing the air switch and other auxiliary equipment in a standardized and flow way and using heterogeneous multi data source processing technology to integrate the device data information associated with the energy metering device.The system performance monitoring and the grade evaluation of energy metering devices are designed.Many functions of the system are achieved,for instance,business process improvement management,auxiliary equipment standardization business process development management,system performance monitoring management and grade evaluation management.The results show that the system effectively deepens the efficiency of integrated production dispatching and improves the overall management and operation of measurement.
