摘要 自动对接系统已成为现代飞机制造业保证对接质量、提升生产效率的重要手段。以飞机翼身自动对接测控系统为对象,详细阐述了对接测控系统结构及其工作原理。该系统基于激光跟踪仪开发了靶标点测量软件,实现了大部件位姿的自动测量;其次,在研制了翼身对接支撑定位器基础上,开发了多轴高精度的同步控制软件;此外,系统还开发了集成控制软件实现对接运动规划、可视化仿真及对接数据的管理。该系统已完成原理样机的研制,并通过了1∶1模拟试验件的自动对接测试。 The automatic join and alignment system has become one of the most important methods to ensure junction quality and improve production efficiency. Based on the measure control system developed by SAMC for the Airfoil-Airframe automatic docking,its structure and theory were studied. The optical target was measured automatically using the measuring software which was developed by using the tracker program interface(TPI). The servo control system of the positioners were carried out which could synchronize multi-axis motion. Furthermore,the integrated control software was developed by incorporating the functions of trajectory generation,3 D animation and data management. Prototype of the system has been developed and passed the 1∶ 1 model aircraft test.
