摘要 手机等电子类产品使人们的生活变得更加便利,但在户外受制于电池的容量,会对使用造成影响,因此设计一种基于AVR单片机控制的双模式太阳能手机充电器。两种模式分别为太阳能充电模式和蓄电池充电模式。通过ATmega16进行控制,以Lm7805、MAX157、1602、SX3002、MAX1811等芯片建立外围电路,运用太阳能电池板光电转换原理转换为电能,进而为手机终端和内部蓄电池进行充电。对其进行测试的结果表明,该系统输出电压稳定,转换效率较高,可达到80%,能够通过模式选择键在"太阳能"和"蓄电池"两种模式之间进行切换并对手机进行充电,满足人们在不同条件下对手机充电的需求,从而使手机在户外的使用变得更加方便。 Mobile phones and other electronic products make people's lives more convenient, but being limited by the capacity of the battery in the outdoors will affect the use, so a dual-mode solar mobile phone charger based on AVR microcontroller control is designed. The two models are "solar energy mode"and "battery mode". Through ATmega16 control, lm7805, max1571602, sx3002, MAX1811 and other chips are used to build peripheral circuits. The principle of photovoltaic conversion of solar panels is used to transform solar energy into electric energy, and then charge the cell phone terminals and internal batteries. The test results show that the system has stable output voltage and high conversion efficiency, which can reach 80%.The mode selection key can be switched between the two modes, meet people's needs for charging their mobile phones under different conditions. Make the use of the mobile phone more convenient in the outdoor.
