摘要
针对航空钛合金结构件数控加工中面临的加工效率、表面质量、刀具寿命等瓶颈问题,在详细分析航空钛合金结构件的各类复杂几何特征工艺特点的基础上,提出了不同加工特征的刀具选型策略及铣削方法,为航空钛合金零件的高效制造提供了方案。
Aiming at the bottleneck problems of machining efficiency, surface quality and tool life of aeronautical titanium alloy structural parts in NC machining, the cutting tool selection strategies and milling methods with different machining characteristics were proposed on the basis of detailed analysis of various complex geometric characteristics of aeronautical titanium alloy structural parts. Effective manufacturing could provide a solution.
