13例急性三甲基氯化锡中毒患者神经-肌肉图分析

摘要 目的探讨急性三甲基氯化锡(TMT)中毒患者的神经一肌电图特点及临床意义。方法回顾性分析13例急性TMT中毒患者四肢主要神经和肌肉的肌电图检查结果。结果13例患者中有10例出现异常,异常率76.9%。以上下肢同等程度受累最常见;远端周围神经损害最多见,主要表现为感觉为主损害或感觉、运动混合性损害,几乎同等程度存在轴索损伤及脱髓鞘病变。最易受累神经是腓总神经和正中神经,异常率分别是39.1%、35.9%。腓总神经与正中神经先出现损伤但恢复得慢;尺神经先出现损伤,恢复得快;腓肠神经较晚出现损伤。结论急性TMT中毒可致四肢周围神经损害,该损害是一个缓慢、渐进式的过程,其恢复亦是一个缓慢的过程。 Objective To investigate the electromyography (EMG) characteristics and clinical significance in patients with acute trimethyhin chloride (TMT) poisoning. Methods Retrospectively analyze the EMG results of major limb nerves and muscles of 13 patients with acute TMT poisoning. Results Among the 13 patients, 10 cases had abnormal and the abnormal rate was 76.9%. The same degree of involvement of upper and lower limbs is the most common. And distal peripheral nerve damage is the most common, mainly manifested as sensory damage or mixed sensory and motor damage, with axonal injury and demyelinating lesions to almost the same degree. The peroneal nerve and median nerve were the most vulnerable, with an abnormal rate of 39.1% and 35.9%, respectively. The peroneal nerve and median nerve were damaged first but recovered slowly.The ulnar nerve first appeared damaged and recovered quickly. The sural nerve was damaged later. Conclusion Acute TMT poisoning can cause limb peripheral nerve damage. This damage is a slow, gradual process, and its recovery is also a slow process.
