摘要
对多烘缸纸机干燥部能耗和碳排放,提出了简单的计算框架和定量计算方法,并对其影响因素进行了说明,也对纸机干燥过程提出了合理可行的低碳措施。主要的方法是根据国际上通用的IPCC指导方针,建立干燥过程能耗与当量碳排放之间的关系。以某干燥段具体工艺参数为例,计算得出电能部分每天碳排量为11 360.5 kg,蒸汽热能消耗部分每天碳排放量为23 425.6 kg,所以干燥过程碳排放主要来源是热能消耗部分,其节能优化设计对实现低碳干燥最为关键。
A simple calculation framework and quantitative calculation method for the energy consumption and carbon emissions of dryer section of multi-dryer paper machine are presented, and the specific influencing factors are explained, some reasonable and feasible low-carbon measures for paper machine drying process are also presented. The main method is to establish the display relationship between the energy consumption and the equivalent carbon emission of the drying process according to the international IPCC criterion. To take a specific process parameter of drying as an example, it shows that the electric energy carbon emission is 11 360.5 kg per day and the steam energy carbon emission is 23 425.6 kg per day, so the main source of carbon emission in the drying process is the heat energy consumption, and the energy-saving optimization is the key to the realization of low carbon drying. The contents of the paper provide a support for the rapid evaluation and improvement of the low carbon performance index of paper machine drying system.
