3种增强树脂体系在空气过滤纸的应用性能 被引量:1

摘要 研究专用水性环氧树脂增强空气过滤纸的性能并与商品用苯丙乳液和醇溶性酚醛树脂进行对比。主要探讨增强空气滤纸的强度性能、抗水性能、微观孔隙结构形貌以及增强滤纸所制滤芯的过滤性能。实验结果表明:水性环氧树脂增强空气滤纸的强度性能和抗湿性能与醇溶酚醛树脂接近,且明显优于苯丙乳液。扫描电镜和孔径测试结果表明:3种增强树脂体系基本都能够保持滤纸的孔隙结构以及过滤性能,且醇溶性酚醛树脂增强滤纸的透气度保持率略高于其他两种水性增强树脂体系;3种树脂体系增强后的滤纸制备的空气滤芯均具有良好的过滤性能,表明专用水性环氧树脂在高抗湿性能空气滤纸的工业化应用具有广泛前景。 The performances such as mechanical strength, water-resistance property, micro-structure and pore-size distribution of air filter paper strengthened by water-based epoxy resin(WEP), commercial poly-styrene-acrylate(PSA) emulsion and phenolic(PF) resin were studied in this paper. The results show that air filter paper strengthened by WEP resin and PF resin presents excellent mechanical strength and water-resistance properties, which are far better than that of PSA resin. SEM and PMI test shows that the pore structure and pore-size of air filter paper before and after impregnated with three kinds of resin maintain almost the same, while the retention rate of air permeability of filter paper strengthened by PF resin is highest among the three resins. The air filtration test result of air filter shows that air filter paper strengthened by three kinds of resin presents excellent filtration properties, which proves that the water-based epoxy resin has great potential in the application of air filter paper industry with high water-resistance properties.
