摘要
表面施胶是提高纸页物理强度的重要方法之一,而淀粉又是一种常用的表面施胶剂。在生产实践中,由于淀粉制备系统不稳定,导致淀粉的浓度及黏度等波动,从而影响纸页的物理性能。通过对淀粉制备系统贮存槽淀粉胶液浓度和黏度进行跟踪分析,研究了传统表面施胶淀粉制备系统中出现的问题,并结合实际生产情况,优化了淀粉制备和施胶的工艺条件,稳定了淀粉胶液的黏度和浓度。
Surface sizing is one of the important ways to improve the physical strength of paper, and starch is a commonly used surface sizing agent. In the production process, the physical properties of paper will decay because of the instability of the concentration and viscosity of starch caused by the instability of the starch preparation system. The problems in the traditional surface sizing starch preparation system were studied by analysing the concentration and viscosity of starch in the storage tank of preparation system. Moreover, according to the actual situation of production, the process conditions for the starch preparation and sizing were optimized, and the concentration and viscosity of starch glue were stabilized.
