摘要
采用Fenton高级氧化技术深度处理经"厌氧+好氧+混凝沉淀"三级处理后的制浆造纸废水,通过研究不同因素对Fenton处理效果的影响,确定最佳反应条件。试验结果表明:来水COD低于90 mg·L^(-1)的条件下,反应pH=3,每升废水中H_2O_2(质量分数30%)投加量0.3 mL,FeSO_4·7H_2O投加量0.81 g,助凝剂PAM(质量分数0.1%)投加量1 mL,反应时间1.5 h,处理后出水COD降低至40 mg·L^(-1)以下。
Fenton advanced oxidation technology was used to treat pulp and papermaking wastewater after three-stage treatment of anaerobic coagulant sedimentation. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by studying the effect of different factors on Fenton treatment. The results showed that when COD of incoming water was less than 90 mg·L-1, the dosage of H2O2(30%) was 0.3 mL·L-1, the dosage of PAM(0.1%) was 0.3 g·L-1, the reaction time was 1.5 h, the COD of effluent was reduced to less than 40 mg·L-1 after treatment.
