摘要 为实现变形机翼柔性蒙皮形状传感监测,提出基于光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)的柔性蒙皮形状传感及重构方法。理论推导得出FBG中心波长漂移量与曲面变形角度的关系。建立柔性蒙皮形状重构仿真分析模型,研究基于被测点曲率的曲面重构(CPR)算法。构建柔性蒙皮形状传感重构实验系统,根据FBG波长漂移量计算得出传感点的曲率信息,利用曲面重建算法对不同变形角度的柔性蒙皮进行形状重构,得到不同变形角度柔性蒙皮面型。实验结果表明:FBG传感器中心波长漂移量与柔性蒙皮变形角度呈线性关系;光纤光栅传感的曲面重构方法适用于柔性蒙皮的传感监测,在变体飞行器变形机翼形状监测中具有应用前景。 In order to realize shape sensing and monitoring on morphing wing flexible skin,a new method for shape sensing and reconstruction of flexible skin based on fiber Bragg grating( FBG) is proposed. The relationship between central wavelength shift of FBG and the surface deformation angle is theoretically derived. A simulation model for shape reconstruction of flexible skin is constructed The method of surface reconstruction based on curvature of tested point is studied. Curve planar reformation( CPR) algorithm is used for shape reconstruction of different deformation angle of flexible skin. The curvature of the sensing point is calculated according to the wavelength shift of FBG The surface reconstruction of and the flexibles skin profiles with different deformations angles are obtained. Experimental results show that center wavelength shift value of FBG sensor is linearly related to the deformation angle of flexible skin. The surface reconstruction method for FBG is suitable for sensing monitoring of flexible skin,and it has potential applications in variant vehicle morphing wing shape monitoring.
