摘要
线结构光三维视觉测量技术最关键的一步是提取出结构光图像中的激光条纹。在室内环境下,受被测物体与光源距离、背景灰度变化等因素影响,图像中光条的亮度变得不一致,且背景中的环境光会干扰光条提取的过程。提出了一种结合阈值法、边缘检测以及灰度分布特征的方法。由阈值法提取图像中亮度较高的光条,由边缘检测去除环境光干扰,根据灰度分布特征提取亮度较低的光条。实验结果表明:提出的方法可在室内复杂背景环境下快速准确提取出光条。
The most critical step in three-dimensional measurement is to extract laser stripe in structured light image. In indoor environment,luminance of light bar in image becomes inconsistent due to influence of distance from the measured object to light source and change of background gray level. In addition,the ambient light will interfere with the process of light bar extraction. Aiming at this problem,a method combining threshold,edge detection and gray distribution feature is proposed. First,use the threshold method to extract the light bar with higher luminance and eliminate ambient light disturbance with edge detection. Then extract light bar with lower luminance according to characteristics of gray distribution. Experimental result shows that light bar can be extracted fastly and accurately with this method in indoor complicated background environment.
