摘要
基于计算液体动力学(CFD)计算仿真软件STAR-CCM+11.06,对某型温度传感器的防冰结构进行了防冰效果的数值模拟分析,获得防冰结构绕流流场,过冷水滴运动方式,防冰结构表面过冷水滴的收集情况、冰层增长情况及冰层形状。计算结果表明:来流马赫数Ma大于等于0.1的情况下,防冰结构能够实现较好的防冰效果,随着来流马赫数的减小,防冰效果变差;冰层持续增长会导致管路封冻,防冰结构不具备自我清洁的能力。
Numerical simulation and analysis on anti-icing effect of an anti-icing structure of temperature sensor is carried out,based on STAR-CCM + 11. 06,a computational fluid dynamics( CFD) computation and simulation software. Flow field around anti-icing structure,movement mode of overcooled water droplets,the over cooled water droplets collection of anti-icing structure surface and ice layer growth and shape of icing layer. The result shows that the anti-icing structure can get good effect when the mach number Ma is above 0. 1,and the effect will get worse for lower mach number; sustainable growth will cause pipe freezing,anti-icing structure not having the ability of self-cleaning.
