胶原蛋白海绵对髋关节置换患者出血影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 髋关节置换术的治疗多应用于中老年人群中,髋臼破坏严重诱发炎症感染因增龄性髋关节退行性改变,造成髋关节疼痛严重,关节活动受限严重影响生活质量及正常工作。在进行髋关节置换术时,由于中老年患者机体存在退行性改变从而导致凝血机制的退化,胶原蛋白是一种具有止血功能的纤维结缔组织,是具有弹性的可吸收的组织,将胶原蛋白提取后制成医用的胶原蛋白海绵填补关节腔空隙以达到止血凝血的作用,笔者采用胶原蛋白海绵对髋关节置换患者填补相应空隙出血的影响,现报道如下.
