武汉市老年人农业伤害现况研究

The investigation of agricultural injuries among senior citizens in Wuhan

目的了解武汉市老年人农业伤害流行特征,为有效开展老年人农业伤害预防和干预提供科学依据。方法于2013年11月至2014年1月采用整群随机抽样法从武汉市5个远城区各随机抽取1个行政村,对≥60岁老年人进行现场问卷调查,共收回合格问卷3 314份。问卷内容包括一般情况和农业伤害情况。采用SPSS 20.0软件进行χ~2检验。结果本次共调查武汉市远城区≥60岁3 314人,其中男性1 410人,女性1 904人;有218人发生农业伤害,伤害发生率为6.58%,其中男女性发生率分别为7.23%和6.09%;伤害主要类型为跌倒坠落伤(4.16%),伤害发生地点主要在农田(42.66%),农业伤害发生最常见的时段为8:00-11:00(32.57%),伤害发生最常见的部位为下肢(40.83%),伤害发生后最常见的损伤为扭伤(35.78%);男女性农业伤害发生场所、发生时间、发生部位及损伤性质之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伤害已经成为危害农村老年人健康的重要因素,须有针对性地开展老年人农业伤害的预防与控制工作。

Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of agricultural injuries in senior citizens of Wuhan,and to provide the scientific basis for preventing the agricultural injuries in senior citizens. Methods From November of 2013 to January of 2014,the cluster sampling method was used to select one administrative village from each of the 5 far urban areas,the investigation was performed for senior citizens（≥60 years old） with questionnaire,3 314 qualified questionnaires were collected,which included the general condition and agricultural injuries. The χ~2 test was used to analyze the data,and the used software was SPSS 20.0. Results The subjects were 3 314 senior citizens（1 410 males and 1 904 females）. The agricultural injury rate was6.58%（218 cases）,the male and female agricultural injury rates were7.23% and 6.09%,respectively. The main cause of injuries was falls（4.16%）,and the leading place of injuries was farmland（42.66%）. The most period of agricultural injury was from 8：00 to 11：00 am（32.57%）. The most common site of injury was the lower limb（40.83%）. The most common type of injury was sprain（35.78%）. However,there were no significant differences of injury place,time,site and type between males and females（P0.05）.Conclusion Injury has become an important cause affecting the health of senior citizens in rural area. It is necessary to conduct the prevention and control of agricultural injury in senior citizens of rural area.
