The Mineral Resources:The Motive Force of the Economic Growth of Jiangxi Province

本文概述了矿产利用阶段性演化与工业化进程的关系,比较了两大类资源对经济增长的作用。认为我省农业资源优势小于矿产资源优势。提出:我省以农业资源为原料基础的工业应该发展,但这类工业不能作为战略产业。发展以矿物原料为基础的工业,不仅有必要而且有可能。现阶段发展可以划分两个层次。建议尽快制订总体发展战略,为集中、分散提供依据,从规划中求速度、求效益。发展战略要立法。

The paper summarizes the relation between gradual progresses of exploi- ting mineral resources and the course of industrialization,and makes a com- parison between the effects of mineral and biological resources on the econo- mic development,and then suggests that the mineral resources have the ad- vantage over the agricultural in the province.It also puts forward the follow- ing: (1)the industry industry of the province based on agricultural raw materials is still necessary for the economic development,but is not necessary to be a strategic role in the province; (2)it is necessary and possible to develop the industry depending on mineral resources; (3)the present econmic development can be divided into two levels, higher ana lower; (4)establish the overall strategy of economic development in order to provide scientific basis for concentration and disconccntration,and gain the rate and benefits of economic growth; (5)the development strategy shall be legislated.
