本文在分析鄱阳湖圩区现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了圩区整治与经济振兴的意见.圩区整治:加固加高圩堤,提高抗洪能力;适当联圩并垸,缩短堤线,提高防洪效果;改造建设好康山等蓄洪垦殖区;搞好治涝工程建设;同时加强五河流域的水土保持工作和圩区的农田林网建设以及土壤改良。振兴圩区经济,主要是调整生产结构:确保粮食优势;大力发展畜禽饲养业和水产养殖业,提高林、牧、副、渔业的比重;积极发展乡镇企业。

This essay put forword suggetions on the realignment and ecoomic devel- opment of the dyked areas on the basis of analysing the present co-nditions and problems of the dyked areas around Lake po-yang. The realignment of the dyked areas should first lay omphasis on bnil- ding crater conservation,resisting flood and draining water,and simultane- ously enforcing the water conservation of the five drainage basins and buil- ding fields and foresi conservations and inproving the soi of the dyked areas To develop vigorously the economics of the dyked areas mainly means to adjust production structure,to ensure the superiority of grain,to develop vigorously binds and beasts rearing and aquatie products industry,to raise the proportions of forestry,animal husbandry,sideline production and fishe -ry,and to develop actively the enterprises of villages and towns.
