摘要
目的观察IgA肾病患者的VEGF、ET-1水平变化,并分析其临床意义。方法选取2016年6月-2017年8月在本院接受治疗的IgA肾病患者为观察组,同时选取同期在本院体检的健康成年人作为对照组,观察2组研究对象血压、细胞因子、VEGF、ET-1水平和肾功能指标的差异,分析IgA肾病患者VEGF、ET-1水平与血压、细胞因子、肾功能的相关性。结果观察组患者的VEGF、ET-1阳性率明显高于对照组(χ2值分别为65. 185、46. 263,P <0. 01);观察组患者的24 h SBP SD和24 h DBP SD水平高于对照组(t值分别为-10. 666、-11. 605,P <0. 01);观察组IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平高于对照组(t值分别为-28. 734、-15. 987、-30. 423,P <0. 01);观察组Cys-C、SCr和BUN水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为-11. 080、-13. 934、-18. 905,P <0. 01); IgA肾病患者VEGF、ET-1水平与24 h SBP SD、24 h DBP SD、IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α、Cys-C、SCr和BUN水平均呈正相关。结论 IgA肾病患者的VEGF、ET-1表达水平较高,且与血压、细胞因子、肾功能指标密切相关。
Objective To observe the changes of VEGF and ET-1 levels in patients with IgA nephropathy and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods The patients with IgA nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to August2017 were selected as the observation group. Meanwhile,healthy adults who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The differences of blood pressure,cytokines,VEGF,ET-1 levels and renal function indexes between the two groups were observed,and the correlation between VEGF and ET-1 levels and blood pressure,cytokines and renal function in patients with IgA nephropathy were analyzed. Results The positive group of VEGF,ET-1 was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2= 65. 185,χ2= 46. 263,P〈0. 01); the levels of 24 h SBP SD and 24 h DBP SD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t =-10. 666,t =-11. 605,P〈0. 01),and the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t =-28. 734,t =-15. 987,t =-30. 423,P〈0. 01). The levels of Cys-C,SCr and BUN in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t =-11. 080,t =-13. 934,t =-18. 905,P〈0. 01). The levels of VEGF and ET-1 in patients with IgA nephropathy were positively correlated with 24 h SBP SD,24 h DBP SD,IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α,Cys-C,SCr,and BUN levels. Conclusion The expression of VEGF and ET-1 in patients with IgA nephropathy is higher,and is closely related to blood pressure,cytokine and renal function.
