医用激光在微创泌尿外科手术中的应用进展

Progress of medical laser in minimally invasive urological surgery

以钬激光为代表的医用激光在泌尿外科手术中的应用已有近30年,为了适应不断扩展的手术领域,激光的种类也不断变化。目前,开发出了如绿激光、铥激光、二极管激光等不同技术。医用激光在泌尿外科手术中的应用也从最开始的尿路碎石,发展到如今上尿路上皮、膀胱肿瘤切除、治疗良性前列腺增生等各种领域。本文就激光在泌尿外科的临床应用作一综述。

Holmium laser regarded as one of the commonest medical lasers has been used in urological surgery for almost 30 years and various kinds of lasers have been developed to fit different uses in urinary surgery,such as,KTP laser,Thulium laser and lasers in other properties.Besides urinary tract lithotripsy,common uses of laser have also been broadened to treat bladder tumors,benign prostatic hyperplasia,lesions of the genitalia and urinary tract strictures.This article reviewed the clinical applications of laser in urological surgery.
