摘要
可变剪接是真核生物中存在的特有现象,通过这一过程1个基因可以编码出不同的蛋白质异构体,从而极大地扩大遗传信息量。然而,在很多肿瘤细胞中可变剪接的调控出现异常,产生不同于正常细胞的剪接体,并使蛋白表达出现异常。这些蛋白表达的异常和肿瘤的发生、发展有着重要的关系。本文简要总结目前在肿瘤中所发现的异常可变剪接及其功能。
Alternative splicing is a unique phenomenon in eukaryotes,which can encode different protein isoforms and greatly expands the amount of genetic information.However,in many tumor cells the regulation of alternative splicing is abnormal and leads to abnormal protein expression.The abnormal expression of these proteins has important relationship with the occurrence and development of tumor.Here we summarize the roles of abnormal alternative splicing in the tumor briefly.
