不同时间煎煮防风对防风散中有效成分含量及药效学的影响 被引量:3

Effects of the content of active ingredient and pharmacological effects on Fangfeng powder by studying the different times of boiling Chinese Radix sileris

摘要 目的观察不同时间煎煮防风对防风散中升麻素苷及5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量变化及镇咳、镇痛作用的影响,探讨防风的最佳煎煮时间。方法采用HPLC法测定不同时间煎煮防风对防风散中的升麻素苷及5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量变化。采用氨水诱咳法和热板法观察不同时间煎煮防风的防风散对小鼠的镇咳作用和镇痛作用的影响。结果防风先煎10 min时升麻素苷及5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷总含量为7.547 mg/g,含量最高。防风先煎10、15、20、25 min组均可使小鼠咳嗽潜伏期明显延长(P <0.05,P <0.01),防风散防风先煎10、15、20、25 min组均使小鼠咳嗽次数减少(P <0.05,P <0.01);防风先煎10、15 min组的痛阈时间较模型对照组有所延长(P <0.05,P <0.01)。结论防风在先煎10 min时,升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷总含量最高;防风在先煎10 min时,防风散对风寒表证的镇咳、镇痛作用显著。防风入汤剂应先煎10 min为宜。 Objective To study the effects of change of the content about Prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and5-O-methylvisammioside and antitussive, analgesic on Fangfeng powder by studying the different times of boiling Chinese Radix sileris. Explore the best decoction time of Radix sileris. Methods The effects of change of the content about Prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside of Radix sileris in Fangfeng powder were studied by HPLC. Ammonia induced coughing method and hot plate method were using to observe the effects of antitussive and analgesic effects in mice on Fangfeng powder by studying the different times of boiling Radix sileris. Results The total content of Prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside was 7.547 mg/g when Radix sileris was fi rst boiling for 10 minutes, it is the best one. Compared with blank control group, when Radix sileris was fi rst boiling for 10, 15, 20, 25 min, mice cough latency is signifi cantly longer(P〈0.05, P〈0.01); all the Fangfeng powdergroup reduced the number of coughs in mice(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). When Radix sileris was fi rst boiling for 10,15 min, pain threshold time of mice were signifi cantly longer(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion The results show that the total content of Prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside was the highest one when Radix sileris was fi rst boiling for 10 minutes; Fangfeng powder had signifi cant antitussive and analgesic effects on animal models of cold weather when Radix sileris was fi rst boiling for 10 min. To sum up: Radix sileris should be fi rst boiling for 10 min.
