穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘研究文献Meta分析

Meta-analysis of clinical literature on acupoint application in the treatment of bronchial asthma

目的更准确及系统的评价穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的有效性。方法研究用计算机检索自2012年1月-2017年12月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普全文期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、Pubmed上关于穴位贴敷治疗哮喘的临床研究文献。选择符合纳入标准的临床随机对照实验进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入文献7篇,合计922例哮喘患者,根据统计学分析结果表明穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘疾病的有效率优于其他常规疗法[OR=4.20, 95%可信区间CI(1.28, 2.68),Z=3.29,P <0.000 01]。结论穴位贴敷疗法治疗哮喘能明显提高患者的治愈率,但本分析纳入文献较少,文献质量存在偏倚,还需要纳入更多高质量、大样本的文献进行下一步研究。穴位贴敷疗法是防治疾病的一种外治方法。中医学认为,药物经皮吸收与中药的性能、气味、归经密切相关,机制主要是经络传导和皮肤透入,这与现代医学的研究结果是一致的。由此可见,即使药物外用,也是通过治内发挥作用。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of acupoint sticking in the treatment of bronchial asthma more accurately and systematically. Methods A computerized literature review was conducted on CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Database and Pubmed from January 2012 to December 2017 for the treatment of asthma by acupoint sticking. Metaanalysis was performed randomly in our clinical trials to meet the inclusion criteria. Results A total of 7 literatures were included in this study, totaling 922 asthmatic patients. According to the statistical analysis, the results showed that acupuncture point application was superior to other conventional therapies in treating bronchial asthma（OR =4.20, 95% confidence interval CI, 2.68）, Z = 3.69, P〈0.00001]. Conclusion Acupoint application therapy can signifi cantly improve the cure rate of patients with asthma as the main method for treatment of asthma. However, there are few documents included, the quality of the literature is biased, and more high-quality, large-sample literatures need to be included for further research. Acupoint application therapy is an external treatment method to prevent and treat diseases. Traditional medicine believes that the transdermal absorption of drugs is closely related to the performance, odor, and menstruation of traditional Chinese medicines. The mechanism is mainly meridian conduction and skin penetration. This is consistent with the fi ndings of modern medicine. This shows that even if the drug is used externally, it also acts through the rule.
