A review on the nursing personnel training mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the domestic

为探索适应社会需求的高等中医院校护理人才,整理了近年有关中医护理人才培养的相关文献,从培养目标、教学模式、实践教学3个方面着手,对我国的中医护理教育进行回顾和思考,以期促进中医护理教育更好更快的发展。

In order to explore the nursing talents of higher TCM colleges and universities which are adapted to the needs of the society, this paper has compiled the relevant literatures on the cultivation of TCM nursing talents in recent years, and has carried on the review and the thinking to our country＇s Chinese medicine nursing education from the three aspects of cultivating goal, teaching mode and practice teaching, with a view to promoting better and faster development of Chinese medicine nursing education.
