高校思政课中实施完整人格教育的路径探索

Exploration on the pattern of complete personality education in ideological and political courses in colleges and universities

高校思政课肩负着完整人格教育的重要使命,急需探索适合大学生的完整人格教育路径。"结构与选择"理论是陈秉公教授在马克思主义辩证思维的指引下,建立的人格结构理论模式。陈秉公教授提出人格由"三级结构八种力量"构成,其中人格判断力是人格结构的关键和核心,包括思想道德力、智慧力、意志力和反省力,并将当代国民划分为杰出人格、完整人格、缺失人格和蒙昧人格四个层次。基于"结构与选择"理论,提出通过"课程思政"拓宽完整人格教学体系,将教学设计融入完整人格教育,在教学实践中注重完整人格的自我养成,以期通过3个途径在高校思政课中加强完整人格教育。

Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of complete personality education. We urgently need to explore the paths of complete personality education which are suitable for college students. The theory of structure and selection is a theoretical model of personality structure established by Professor CHEN Binggong under the guidance of Marx＇s dialectical thinking. Professor CHEN Binggong has proposed that personality consists of three level structure and the eight forces. Personality judgment is the key and core of personality structure. It includes ideological moral, intellectual, willpower and refl ective ability. He divided contemporary citizens into four levels： outstanding personality, complete personality, missing personality and obscurant personality. Based on the theory of ＂structure and selection＂, this paper proposes to broaden complete personality teaching system through ＂curriculum ideology and politics＂, and integrate the teaching design into the complete personality education, and pay attention to the self-cultivation of the complete personality in the teaching practice, in order to strengthen the complete personality education in the ideological and political courses in colleges and universities through three ways.
