Objective To investigate the clinical value investigation of first aid measures in emergency internal medicine for patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional conservative treatment, the observation group was treated with minimally invasive puncture and drainage on the basis of the control group. The first aid effect, intracranial pressure recovery time, consciousness recovery time and length of stay between the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, 27 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.6%; in the control group, 18 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 73.3%. The total effective rate of first aid in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The intracranial pressure recovery time, consciousness recovery time and length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Aiming at cerebral hemorrhage patients, the implementation of effective emergency medical first aid measures has remarkable first aid effect, it is worthy of promotion and use.
