局部放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy research of local radiotherapy combined with Zoledronic Acid in the treatment of bone metastases pain from malignant tumors

目的研究局部放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的临床疗效。方法 70例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各35例。两组患者均使用唑来膦酸治疗,实验组在此基础上增加局部放疗治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果实验组患者骨痛程度轻于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(U=3.47, P<0.05)。实验组患者活动能力优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(U=3.46, P<0.05)。结论局部放疗联合唑来膦酸对恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者进行治疗,止痛时间长,有较好的临床疗效,值得进行推广使用。

Objective To research the clinical efficacy of local radiotherapy combined with Zoledronic Acid in the treatment of bone metastases pain from malignant tumors. Methods A total of 70 patients with bone metastases from malignant tumors were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 35 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups were treated with Zoledronic Acid, the experimental group was added local radiotherapy on this basis, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The degree of bone pain in the experimental group was significantly lighter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（U=3.47, P0.05）. The activity ability of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（U=3.46, P0.05）. Conclusion Local radiotherapy combined with Zoledronic Acid in the treatment of patients with bone metastasis pain from malignant tumor, the analgesic time is long, and has good clinical curative effect, is worthy of promotion and use.
