基于微信平台对癌痛患者出院后延续护理效果的分析

Effect Analysis of Wetchat Platform on Extended Nursing Care of Cancer Pain Patients After Discharging from Hospital

目的探讨基于微信平台对癌症患者出院后延续护理的效果。方法选取2017年医院开展GPM病房后出院的230例患者进行延续护理,随机分为实验组和对照组各110例(其中每组患者均有5例因病离世未能完成调查),3周后对结果进行比较。结果实验组的服药依从性、疼痛治疗效果、患者焦虑抑郁、生活质量、护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台给予癌痛患者延续护理有利于GPM病房癌痛患者居家后的癌痛规范治疗,满足患者对延续护理的需求。

Objective To explore the effect of Wetchat platform on extended nursing care of cancer pain patients after discharging from hospital.Method 230 cases of GPM patients who were discharged from the hospital in 2017 were selected for extended nursing care.All of the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,110 cases respectively（including 5 cases in each group failed to complete the investigation due to death）.After 3 weeks,the results were compared between the two groups.Result The medication compliance,therapeutic effect of pain,patient anxiety and depression,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The extended nursing care of patients with cancer pain based on Wechat platform is good for standardized treatment of cancer pain patients of GPM ward at home,and meets the requirement of extended nursing care,which is worth popularizing.
