摘要
研究目的:为了研究地震作用下列车运行的安全性,利用多体动力学原理建立动力平衡方程,将地震激励与轨道不平顺激励视为车辆的外荷载,采用MATLAB编程分别计算不同地震作用下地震峰值加速度一定时,列车走行性三项指标(轮重减载率、脱轨系数、横向力)随车速的变化规律,车速一定时地震峰值加速度对三项指标的影响,并比较不同地震动对各项指标的影响程度。研究结论:(1)将地震动调幅至0. 1g,不同地震动作用下轮重减载率在车速大于250 km/h均超过规定限值;(2)控制车速为100 km/h,在CHY004波作用下地震峰值加速度的增大均使得三项指标突增;(3)不同地震动作用对三项指标的影响有较大差异,车速为300 km/h时,横向力在调幅0. 2g的CHY004波作用下是TAFT波的4. 89倍;(4)本研究成果可为地震作用下的高速列车走行安全提供一定参考。
Research purposes: In order to study on safety of train run abilities during earthquake,this paper bases on multibody dynamic theory to establish dynamic balance equation,regards earthquake excitation and track irregularity as the outside excitation of train model,uses MATLAB to separately calculate the variation law of the three indicators(wheel load reduction rate,derailment coefficient and lateral force) of train when the peak earthquake acceleration is constant under different seismic wave,and the influence of the peak earthquake acceleration on the three indicators at a fixed speed. And the impact of different seismic wave on three indicators is compared.Research conclusions:(1) When amplitude is modulated at 0. 1 g,wheel load reduction rate at the vehicle speed greater than 250 km/h exceeds the specified limit.(2) When velocity is constant at 100 km/h,the increase of the peak acceleration of the earthquake under the action of the CHY004 wave caused a sudden increase in the three indicators.(3) The effects of different seismic wave on the three indicators are different. When the vehicle speed is 300 km/h,the lateral force is 4. 89 times that of the TAFT wave under the effect of the CHY004 wave with amplitude modulation of 0. 2 g.(4) The research results can provide some references for the safety of high-speed trains under earthquake action.
