摘要
以椰炭改性涤纶、普通涤纶为对比试样,对咖啡炭改性涤纶的结构和影响可纺性的纤维性能进行了测试。结果显示:与普通涤纶相比,咖啡炭改性涤纶的表面较粗糙,大分子结构基本没变化,结晶度和热学性能有所降低;纤维的强力下降,断裂伸长率、初始模量和断裂比功增加;卷曲弹性率增加,容易发生蠕变和应力松弛;吸湿性变好,不容易产生静电;摩擦因数增大,纤维的可纺性增加,制品的舒适度得到提高。
The structure and properties of coffee charcoal modified polyester fiber, coconut charcoal modified polyester fiber and ordinary polyester fiber were tested. The results show that compared with ordinary polyester fiber, the surface of coffee charcoal modified polyester fiber is rough, the molecular structure has basically no change, the crystallinity, thermal properties and fiber strength decrease, elongation, initial modulus and breaking work increase, crimp rate increase, creep and stress relaxation are easy, hygroscopicity is good and is not easy to generate static electricity, friction factors increase, so its spinnability is increased and the comfort of the product is improved.
