空经标识型冠带专用聚酰胺66帘子布的开发

摘要 针对现有技术中半钢子午胎纤维冠带层应用存在的问题,通过铜筘设计、不H捻向帘子线规律性交叉排布、特殊经线加张等措施及相应的上架织造技术,开发出了空经标识型冠带专用帘子布,实现了压延后精;住栽切,解决了冠带条经线根数差异问题,满足了高性能轮胎的市场需求。 Focus on the technological problems existing in the application of semi-steel radial tire fiber cap ply, by taking measures like designing the reed, arranging the wraps with different twisting direction regular- ly, increasing the weaving tension of marked wrap, combing with corresponding operating method and weav- ing technology, the cap ply dedicated vacant wrap marked tire cord fabric was developed. The accurate cul- ring after calendering was realized, the problems of wrap number difference in cap strip were solved and the market demand for high-performance tire was satisfied.
