甲状腺良性结节、微小癌及颈部转移性淋巴结热消融治疗专家共识(2018版)

Expert Consensus on Thermal Ablation for Thyroid Benign Nodes,Microcarcinoma and Metastatic Cervical Lymph Nodes(2018 Edition)

热消融作为肿瘤的治疗方法之一,已在多个实体脏器（肝脏、肾脏等）肿瘤领域取得令人满意的疗效。然而国内外对于其在甲状腺结节及颈部转移性淋巴结的临床应用中仍然有很大的争议。近几年国际上有多个相关学术组织发表了甲状腺结节的热消融治疗共识。国内2015年浙江省抗癌协会甲状腺肿瘤专业委员会也发表了＂甲状腺良性结节、微小癌及颈部转移性淋巴结热消融治疗浙江省专家共识（2015版）＂。为进一步严格规范热消融技术在甲状腺肿瘤中的应用,由中国医师协会甲状腺肿瘤消融治疗技术专家组联合其他相关学术组织,多次组织专家研讨,几经易稿,初步达成共识,制定了＂甲状腺良性结节、微小癌及颈部转移性淋巴结热消融治疗专家共识（2018版）＂。

As one of treatment options for cancer,thermal ablation has satisfactory effects on many types of solid tumors（such as liver and renal cancers）. However,its clinical application for the treatment of thyroid nodes and metastatic cervical lymph nodes is still under debates in China and abroad. In 2015,the ＂Expert consensus on thermal ablation for thyroid benign nodes,microcarcinoma,and metastatic cervical lymph nodes（2015 edition）＂,was released by the Thyroid Cancer Committee of Zhejiang Anti-Cancer Association. To further standardize the application of thermal ablation for thyroid tumors,the Thyroid Tumor Ablation Experts Group of Chinese Medical Doctor Association had organized many seminars and finally came to the consensus to formulate the ＂Expert Consensus on Thermal Ablation for Thyroid Benign Nodes,Microcarcinoma and Metastatic Lymph Nodes（2018 Edition）＂.
