摘要
采用低于回火的加热温度,缩短加热、保温时间,通过方箱、齿轮轴的找正,T型量棒、热装压紧装置等工装的使用,2台天车配合、钳工多工位集体协同作业的热装方案,装配实例证明了超长过盈联接齿轮热装工艺流程科学、合理,热装结果满足图纸要求,为类似轴类零件的热装提供了借鉴,具有很好的应用价值。
The heating assembly scheme was adopted with applying heating temperature below tempering temperature, shortening heating and preservation duration, aligning the square box and the gear shaft, using the T-shaped measuring rod and the pressing device for heating assembly, cooperating of two overhead cranes and collective operation of multi-station fitters, the actual assembly indicated the scientific and reasonable flow of the overlong interference fit gear joint technology, and the heating assembly results met the requirements of drawings. It provided reference for the heating assembly of similar shaft parts, and of excellent application value.
