摘要
采用不同种类的酸性固化剂与铸造3D打印用热硬化酚醛树脂进行型砂试验,对型砂常温强度和高温强度进行检测和对比分析。结果表明,磷酸和硝酸复合酸性固化剂与热硬化酚醛树脂在高温状态下交联固化形成的型砂常温和高温强度均最优。
Molding sand experiments were carried out by using different kinds of acidic curing agents and the thermosetting phenolic resin used in three dimensional printing of foundry, and the room temperature strength and high temperature strength of the molding sand were measured and analyzed comparatively. The results show that the sand mold that is cross-linked and cured at high temperature by the phosphoric acid and nitric acid composite curing agent and the thermosetting phenolic resin has the best room temperature strength and high temperature strength.
