我国支气管肺炎临床路径开展现状分析

Status quo analysis of the development of clinical pathway for bronchial pneumonia in China

就支气管肺炎临床路径的内容、结局指标、变异等方面进行综述。支气管肺炎临床路径在我国应用时日尚短，但诸多文献已证实其确能有效遏制住院费用的不合理增长、降低住院日，是有效的医疗改革措施，但仍需进一步推行及监控。

This paper reviewed the content, outcome index and variations of clinical pathway of bronehopneumonia. Given the short history of such clinical pathway in China, it proves an efficient reform for curbing irrational growth of hospital expenses and reduce days of day by numerous literature. Yet further implementation and supervision are still expected.
