基于生态文明建设的经济转型期我国煤炭消费路径思考

Consideration of coal consumption path in economic transition period basing upon ecological civilization construction in China

煤炭消费是我国能源消费的重要部分,煤炭消费自身存在的排放以及煤炭消费空间分布不均衡等问题,引发了区域性复合型大气环境问题。以"三区十群"为代表的重点区域,单位面积煤炭消费量是全国平均水平的4倍左右、单位面积污染物排放强度是全国平均水平的3倍左右。为了能够促进经济转型、能源革命战略、生态文明,结合我国当前经济发展特征、能源结构特征、环境保护现状,以高质量煤炭消费水平为目标,提出我国煤炭消费方面的路径选择。

Coal consumption plays a vital role in energy consumption in China,but the coal consumption led to regional complex atmospheric environmental problem because of emission problem and the imbalance of the spatial distribution.Especially in the key areas of3 districts and 10 groups,the coal consumption per unit area was about 4 times of the national average,and pollutant emissions intensity per unit area was about 3 times of the national average.In order to promote the economic transformation,energy revolution strategy,and ecological civilization,the authors provided coal consumption path selection in China to improve the coal consumption level to high quality by combining with current economic development features,energy structure and environmental protection.
